NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Council for Bamberg County will conduct a public hearing and third reading relating to:

                                                                    Ordinance #6-21-14, To Authorize The Leasing Of Certain Bamberg

                                                                    County Airport Real Property, Space, Improvements, And Facilities

                                                                    (Crosswind Aviation, LLC Project); The Granting Of Certain

                                                                    Privileges To Limited Fixed-Based Operators; The Sale of Aviation

                                                                    Fuel At Bulk Rates; The Ratification Of Certain Other Leases And

                                                                    Grants Of Rights At The Airport; And Other Matters Related  

                                                                    Thereto. 

The hearing will be held by Zoom Teleconference in the County Council Chambers, located in the Bamberg County Courthouse Annex, located at 1234 North Street,

Bamberg, South Carolina 29003, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on May 3, 2021,  at the time and place fixed for this public hearing, all taxpayers, residents or other interested

persons will be given an opportunity to submit their views for or against the matters contemplated by the Ordinance above-referenced.  Any persons

wishing to submit written comments may submit them to the County Administrator at info@bambergcounty.sc.gov  no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on May 3, 2021.
