Bamberg County is soliciting the services of a qualified firm of licensed certified public accountants to provide financial auditing services to Bamberg County. Under South Carolina law, Bamberg County Council must provide for an independent annual audit of the financial records and transactions of the County to be made by a certified public accountant (or firm of such accountants), who has no personal interest, direct or indirect, in the fiscal affairs of the County government or its officers.
